As we go into the new year I wanted to share with you a question that has really helped me over the years.
There is no shortage of ways to approach goals and channel the new year of motivation you undoubtedly have. I’m always trying to find ways to see where I can subtract rather than add.
Finding simple is often the quickest path to where you want to go. We tend to complicate the path to success. Try removing more than you add this year.
One question that has been a powerful sidekick in this journey is from one of my favorite entrepreneurs Gary Keller of the great book, “The One Thing.”
“What’s the ONE Thing I can do such that by doing it everything else will be easier or unnecessary?”
💡Ask this every day to help create more clarity and compound decision-making around everything that will fall on your plate. This is one of the questions I ask when setting goals and try to journal on each day to ensure I’m focusing on the most important tasks.
This for me helps fuel compounding actions that build day over day.
Few quick updates moving forward this year:
1. Got my hands on the new domain & home of Productized.services (after a 1 year + of negotiating 😃) 2. Expect new interviews dropping each Wednesday with a Productized Founder including takeaways, a breakdown of their business, and resources to help you build your business.
3. I just launched my new Productized Mentor program which offers unlimited 1:1 asynchronous mentoring directly with me via Whatsapp. Learn more here.
Let’s build and remember to make things simple. 💪
