Stop trading your time for money 🤯

I’ll be honest, I love talking about all things productizing, growth strategies, systemizing your business and removing yourself from the day-to-day operations

But there’s a specific reason why I love to talk about it…

And it’s because of one important principle that I believe in:  

Building an asset.

What does this even mean exactly? 🤔

Well, for the most part, I see an insane amount of agency owners still trading their time for money.

And let me ask you this question if you were to stop working today, would your income drastically decrease? Or even go to zero?

Scary when you think about it… What if something out of your control prevents you from working for a long period of time…

This is why I preach systemizing your business, building an asset that you have the option to exit from, leveraging A-players, and removing yourself from day to day “mechanism” of the business.

And in today’s day and age, being able to leverage the internet and LITERALLY 10x your income is something that you should be taking advantage of.

Let’s take me for an example 🔎

Before building and selling multiple productized service businesses, I was a frustrated, unhappy, and exhausted agency owner.

I was stuck in a vicious cycle of trading time for money and my business was wreaking havoc on my life.

I was trapped and I knew something had to change…

After reading Built to Sell (for the third time), I began to implement systems that allowed my business to run without me!

Doing so allowed me to build and sell Content Pros to a small family PE fund. Then shortly after, build and sell Applause Lab to a top competitor in the space.

It was a real game-changer and as of today, I’ve had the pleasure of working with 100’s of agency owners just like you.

Allowing them to reclaim control over their lives, productize their agency and build an appreciating asset.
